Follow the Yellow Line going down

Find the OrcKeeper to get they key to Orc Castle South Gate

Click the gate to enter

Find & Kill the OrcGuard to enter Orc Castle Final Gate

Click the gate to enter

Run & Find the ChiefOrc and kill him!!!

Then enter to the Orc Castle Final E Gate

After killing the Orc Lord you will receive this item in your Inventory "Magical Pill" Right click to use and you're done :)
